AI support for field and farm decisions

One simple view of what is happening on your farms.

SparkNovaTech helps you use AI and basic data to track crop health, plan irrigation and decide which villages and plots need attention first – in a way that field teams can understand and trust.

Sample village-level snapshot
Not a live system – this is just to show the type of output we usually design.
Villages in this cluster 12
Plots needing visit this week 37
Water stress risk (area) 18%
Estimated yield band 92–104%
Field officers see a list of:
  • Which plots to visit first.
  • What to check (stress / pest / water).
  • Simple notes that can be shared with farmers.

Who we serve
Where SparkNovaTech fits best
We work with organisations that already have field teams and some basic data, and want to turn that into better decisions – without making life harder for the people on the ground.

Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs)

Give FPO leaders and field staff a shared view of member plots, issues and follow-up actions for the current season.

Member tracking Visit planning

Agri-input & agri-service companies

Help agronomy and sales teams decide which clusters to focus on, when to run activities and how to measure impact.

Cluster focus Campaign timing

Agri-tech startups & lenders

Add crop health, risk or advisory intelligence into your own apps and lending workflows through small, focused modules.

Solutions
What we usually build together
The exact design depends on your context, but these are the kinds of AI-supported tools we often create.

Crop health and stress view

Combine satellite signals, basic farm data and weather history to show stress pockets and “watch areas” for your team each week.

Irrigation and water-use hints

Gentle suggestions on irrigation timing and rough water-use bands, based on crop stage and past rainfall, where data is available.

Simple yield and risk bands

Not perfect numbers – practical ranges that help you plan storage, input stock and credit exposure at cluster level.

How it works
Our way of working with your team
Clear, step-by-step process from first conversation to a working pilot for one season.
We start from your current reality.
What data you have, how field visits happen, who takes final calls – and then see where AI can quietly help.
Step 1 – Understand your flow
Short calls or workshops to learn how you track farmers, plots, inputs and advisories today.
Step 2 – Choose one focused pilot
One crop + one region + one clear outcome (for example: better water planning, or better visit targeting).
Step 3 – Build and test the views
We design simple screens and lists. Your team tests them for one season and gives feedback.
Step 4 – Measure and adjust
Review what changed, what worked, what did not – then plan the next season or next region.
Sample stories
How this can look on the ground
These are example story types based on common agri situations. Actual results will be shaped with your team and data.

Field staff visits the right hamlets first

Instead of travelling in a fixed circle, field workers got weekly lists of “priority hamlets” based on stress signals. Travel became more focused and farmers with higher risk plots got help sooner.

Farmers avoid over-watering in canal belt

Simple season charts showed which weeks usually see enough soil moisture. Many farmers shifted away from “just in case” watering, saving time, diesel and water.

FPO plans input stock more confidently

Yield bands for clusters helped the FPO decide how much fertiliser and storage to line up, instead of guessing from last year alone.

Lender sees a clearer cluster picture

With simple risk indicators by cluster, the lending team could adjust exposure and follow-up, while still keeping the process farmer-friendly.

Give us a short idea of your crops, regions and current challenges. We will reply with simple pilot options in clear language.

You can write to us at support@sparknovatech.in or use the form here.

To help us respond better, please mention:

  • Whether you are an FPO, company, startup or lender.
  • Your main crops and states / districts.
  • One decision you want to improve (for example, “where should we send field staff first?”).

Once we understand your flow, we will suggest one or two pilot ideas that match your season and present data.
